As time allows, discussion of strategies, accommodations, and resource referrals
Diagnostic report detailing what ADHD criteria are met, generally usable for 504 plans and prescriber documentation
Follow Up Appointment

45 minutes
In rare cases, we will need to gather additional data either from additional adults in the case of a youth or child, or after life stressors have reached a baseline when we can revisit the frequency and intensity of symptoms. In those cases, we might schedule a shorter follow up session to finish or revise the initial assessment documentation.
