Less shame.
More shine.

I was inspired to pursue a counseling vocation after working three years on an Idaho dude ranch, first as a baker and then as a wrangler. My experiences there, among a community of transient workers and guests, exposed me to the wonder of human stories—the heartbreaks and triumphs, the quirks and foibles. It was there that I first recognized the honor of hearing what shapes a person, what inspires them, and how they’ve learned to manage life’s challenges.

After graduating from Antioch University Seattle in 2010 with a master’s in child, couple, and family therapy, I have been lucky to serve clients in a range of populations, from a start in community mental health to private practice, from working with adoptive families to working as an ADHD diagnostic clinician. Through these experiences, I have developed the skills to support a wide array of life transitions and mental health challenges.

I currently specialize in diagnosing ADHD and serving clients as they wrestle with ADHD symptoms. I love to see the unique qualities and creative spirit behind each story, as kids and adults problem-solve the challenges that life throws their way. It’s a joy to shine a light on the dark places where shame has crept in and to offer the hope of strategies and resources to lighten the load.

I am currently not accepting clients for long-term therapeutic work.

Outside of my clinical work, I am passionate about community (I love a good potluck!), getting outside with my family, baking all kinds of treats, and keeping Maybe the dog from stealing food off the counter.
