The wall behind has three framed artworks: a heart-shaped landscape, a colorful floral print, and a black and white print with the words 'DISRUPT REBUILD' and a leaf illustration. A textured rug with multicolored stripes is on the floor.

Have you ever wondered if you or your child might have ADHD?

You deserve clarity. A professional ADHD assessment can be a key step toward understanding how your mind works—owning the pitfalls and leaning into your gifts.

Getting Clarity

I wish we didn’t label ADHD a disorder. But even if we could rebrand the diagnosis—call it neurospicy, energetic, and exceptional for instance—the reality is that our education institutions and corporate work environments feel more like obstacle courses for ADHD brains than support systems.

Some people tackle these obstacle courses in one setting, but find their methods breaking down when demands increase. Others become overwhelmed, develop anxiety and other mental health challenges, or feel they are failing themselves or others.

Gaining clarity about a potential diagnosis can disrupt patterns of shame, just as pinpointing the erosion of executive functioning can make it easier to find remedies, strategies, and resources for support.

And that is my goal—to provide diagnostic services that better equip clients to navigate their own patterns and the obstacle course all around us.
